Canoeing, Kayaking, Boating and Scenic Cruises in the Park

Canoe and kayak rental is available from a few different places. You can also bring your own boat and enjoy many of the naturally beautiful areas of the park that most people will never see. Several lakes will allow kayaking and canoeing and other lakes such as Jenny Lake and Jackson lakes allow for up to a 10 horsepower motor. You can also hire a guide for a float trip on the snake river, take a tour of Jackson lake with a kayaking tour company or even take a scenic cruise on a large tour boat on Jackson or Jenny Lakes. The park has over 240 miles of trails for your enjoyment. You can take on a leisurely stroll around a lake, or an intense full day hike that will have you in the most scenic mountain scenery on earth.
